Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Any parts of chicken can be used. You can cut it into large or small pieces. Tomatoes and fresh herbs are essential ingredients for chakhokhbili. Serve it immediately, either as a standalone dish or with a side of grilled vegetables (such as eggplant). The finished dish is ready to be served.

1. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat over high heat for a few minutes.
