Chai yen
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This wonderful drink is made from special Thai tea, which is a blend of cut black tea leaves flavored with anise, cinnamon, vanilla, and other sweet spices. This mix is sold in Asian markets in 450-gram packages labeled "Thai Tea." In Thailand, it is served cold and very sweet, with a generous splash of condensed milk poured over ice cubes. Thais enjoy drinking this tea very sweet, but you can reduce the amount of syrup to suit your taste.
