Guinea fowl in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's chicken, but much tastier! Thanks to the delicious marinade, the guinea fowl turns out flavorful and, cooked at a low oven temperature, becomes incredibly tender and literally melts in your mouth. If desired, vegetables can be omitted from the recipe and served with rice or mashed potatoes instead. The finished dish can be served at the table.
