
Whole grain bread in a multicooker
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. The listed amount of ingredients is calculated for a small multicooker with a capacity of 2 liters. Therefore, if you need a larger loaf, increase the amount of ingredients. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, mix water and milk. Add honey and stir.

Add sugar, salt, yeast, and mix thoroughly. Set the multicooker to the “Warm” mode.

Sift both types of flour through a sieve into the yeast mixture. Knead the dough.

Add vegetable oil during kneading.

When the dough becomes a uniform lump that doesn’t stick to your hands, finish the kneading.

In the multicooker, turn off the "Warm" mode. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil and transfer the kneaded dough into it. Make several cuts on the top of the bread. Close the lid and let it rest for 1 hour 20 minutes.

After the time has passed, open the multicooker lid. The dough has risen noticeably. Set the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.

When the program finishes, flip the bread and set the "Bake" mode for another 30 minutes.
