Whole grain bread
Description
Homemade bread for tea. This bread is baked using a mixture of milk and 10% cream. You can also bake it using only milk. Lucky owners of bread machines can make this bread without getting their hands dirty and with minimal effort. Others, I recommend kneading the dough by hand using a direct method, placing it into a baking pan, and letting it rise twice in a warm place, with deflating after the first rise. After the second rise, bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) until golden brown. The bread is done when you hear a hollow, ringing sound tapping the bottom of the loaf. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
