Quick poured pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest making a quick custard pie with cabbage. You can add boiled eggs, tomato sauce, or even meat or mushrooms to the filling, if desired. It turns out very tasty and nutritious—perfect for breakfast or a snack during the day. My pan is 18 cm in diameter; for a larger pan, double the ingredient quantities. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
