Step 1
Peel the apples. Cut them into small cubes.

Beat the sugar with the eggs until foamy. Add honey, baking soda activated with vinegar, and sour cream. Mix well. Then add the flour and continue kneading the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking pan. Pour the batter into it. "Submerge" the apples in it. Bake the cake for 20 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the pie with powdered sugar.
