Quick cottage cheese cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I love baking cakes; I enjoy the whole process of making the batter and decorating it. But sometimes I want to make a tasty cake, yet have very little time. Then I make a quick, simple, yet very delicious cake using cookies instead of dough. I'll tell you how. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

In a small dish, place the cottage cheese, butter, sugar, and sour cream.

Then blend all these products with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

For a second, dip the cookie in milk, then place a third of them tightly on a plate.

Next, carefully place the cottage cheese mixture onto each cookie and top with strawberry halves, one for each cookie.

Again, make a layer of cookies and cottage cheese cream. Then place peach slices on top.

Place the final layer of cookies (don't forget to soak them in milk), and neatly smooth out the cottage cheese cream.

Decorate the cake with fruits and mint leaves, and you can also sprinkle it with grated chocolate and nuts. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
