Quick fish pie on kefir
Description
You can make a pie with any filling using this method: potatoes, rice, mushrooms, cabbage, minced meat, chicken, cheese, etc. Today, we'll prepare a savory pie with canned fish. You can use any canned fish you like; I'm using pink salmon in its own juice. The dough takes just a few minutes to prepare—perfect even for beginner cooks. The baked pie turns out very tender, delicious, and aromatic! It's budget-friendly, simple, and quick—treat your loved ones! My baking dish is approximately 20 by 15 cm. If your dish is larger, simply double the ingredient quantities.
