Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I'm sharing a recipe for a quick egg pie! Tasty and tender, it's ready in almost no time! That's why I bake it in cupcake molds. If you use one large pan, it will be just as delicious, but you'll have to wait a bit longer for the pie to bake through. So it's up to you—make these mini pies or one large pie. Serve with tea or coffee.
