Quick jam pie in the oven
Description
Before cooking, take out the butter so it has time to soften slightly. It will be easier to work with softened butter. For the filling, you can use any jam. I chose berry jam. It turned out very appetizing.
Instructions

Step 1

Rub the butter together with the sifted flour (use half of the flour). Add sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. If butter is not available, it can be replaced with margarine. Then add one egg. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Add the remaining flour to the dough. Add the baking powder. Mix. The dough should turn out firm.

Bake the pie for half an hour at 180°C. When the crust turns golden brown, it's ready to be taken out. Decorate with fresh berries.
