Quick Raspberry Pie

1. First, prepare the crust. Put the cookies in a blender and grind into crumbs. Melt half of the butter and gradually add it to the crumbs, stirring constantly. You can use any cookies you have on hand for this simple and quick raspberry pie recipe. In this case, they are chocolate cookies. Transfer the ready "dough" into a suitable pan and shape the edges. Place the base in the refrigerator while you prepare the cream.

2. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add half of the milk and whisk until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk, add egg yolks and butter. Whisk again until homogeneous. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer the custard for about 7–10 minutes, stirring continuously, until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool.

3. Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread chocolate paste on it (reserve a little for decoration before serving).
