Description
If you don't have baking powder, you can use baking soda instead, but be sure to neutralize it beforehand. You can also make these cupcakes with condensed milk. Check out the recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except for the chocolate; the batter should be quite runny—you can add a little more milk for a softer texture. Fill the cups halfway.

Insert a piece of chocolate into each cup of dough.

Place in the microwave for 3 minutes at 750-800 watts. I recommend not increasing the time.

The cupcakes have risen, let them cool and they're ready to eat.
