Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Sometimes you really crave shashlik, but summer is already over! It's out of season... We'll treat ourselves and our loved ones to a delicious and original chicken and vegetable shashlik. We'll bake it in the oven and serve it with guacamole, sour cream, and tomato salsa. And to make it easier to eat everything together, we'll wrap our culinary creation in lavash. The finished dish is ready to be served.

    Cut the chicken into pieces.

    Mix the butter, lime juice, all the spices, and marinate the chicken. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
