Quick and Easy Cheesecake
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. This quick and easy cheesecake is made on a biscuit base (such as shortbread, oatmeal, etc.). The cheesecake is baked in two stages: first the base, then the cheesecake itself. A topping made from berries or fruits is poured over (or you can simply decorate the dessert to taste). You can use ready-made topping, melted chocolate, or any other addition that goes well with cottage cheese. The dessert is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Step 1

1. With these accessible and inexpensive ingredients, we'll make a delicious and simple dessert. For the base, you can use not only oat cookies but any other type of cookies.

Step 2

2. Crush the cookies with a blender. You can use any type of cookies you prefer. I like oat cookies—they make a really delicious dessert. Now add the butter, mix well, and press the mixture into a small mold. Bake in a multi-oven or conventional oven for 5 minutes.

Step 3

3. Now mix the cottage cheese with yogurt, egg, honey, berries or fruits, and sugar. Pour back into the baking dish and bake until done.

Step 4

4. I baked it all in a multiproofer for 20 minutes at 120 degrees. In an oven, it will take the same amount of time, but at 170 degrees.

Step 5

5. Once our cheesecake has cooled slightly, we need to flip it onto a serving plate so that the biscuit base ends up on top. That's it—now you can decorate it with berries, berry jam, or topping, as desired.
