Quick Hamburger
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I can say with confidence: both adults and children love hamburgers equally. I'm talking about real, homemade hamburgers. With a tasty, not overcooked patty. Do you want to make this dish? This simple hamburger recipe will help you. Quick, tasty, and without much fuss. And if you have patties left over from yesterday's lunch, it will be even faster. They can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we'll prepare the hamburger patties. Peel the onion and prepare the ground meat.
- 2
Step 2

Finely mince the onion into a paste (this can be done using a vegetable chopper or blender).
- 3
Step 3

Add the onion paste to the ground meat, add salt and pepper. If you like, add your favorite seasoning. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 4
Step 4

Divide the mince into 5 portions and shape into balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, on it, flatten the meat balls into patties. The patties should be slightly larger than a hamburger bun. Place a piece of butter in the center of each patty and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the hamburger buns in half and spread ketchup and mayonnaise on each half.
- 6
Step 6

Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rings. Peel the onion and cut it into rings or small pieces. Slice the cucumber into thin slices.
- 7
Step 7

Place slices of tomato, cucumber, and onion on the bun. If you have lettuce leaves, add those too.
- 8
Step 8

Cover the vegetables on the bun with thin slices of cheese.
- 9
Step 9

Remove the ready patties from the oven and place them on the cheese. Right away, cover with the other half of the bun and press down. That’s it!
