
Quick rolls for tea
Description

1. Beat the chilled eggs with sugar. Add vanilla sugar. Into one and a half cups of flour, add baking powder and a pinch of salt. Combine everything with the beaten eggs.

2. Line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper. Pour the batter onto it.

3. Evenly spread the dough (in a thin layer). Bake for no more than 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

4. Finely chop the shelled nuts. Remove the baked crust and quickly spread jam on it (while it's still hot). Sprinkle the nuts on top. Carefully roll it up into a roll.
