Quick donuts
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. To save time, I suggest making the dough without yeast. The donuts will still turn out just as light and tender, and with glaze—they're absolutely delicious! This recipe is perfect for busy homemakers or when guests are already at the door. You'll spend about 10 minutes preparing the dough and 2 minutes frying each batch. In the end, you'll get approximately 12–15 donuts. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
