
Quick pastries with herbs
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. These buns-pastries are versatile! You can use either yeast or yeast-free dough. Adjust the filling to your taste, replace mayonnaise with sour cream—and it will turn out delicious, believe me! Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients, including salt.

Remove the dough from its packaging and let it thaw for 20–30 minutes, no longer. Cut the thawed dough into 8 equal parts.

Finely chop the herbs and boiled eggs, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Mix the filling with mayonnaise or sour cream, season with salt to taste.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough onto it. Place the filling on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. The filling may spread slightly due to the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes.
