Quick Baked Buns in a Hurry
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The dough made from mashed potatoes isn't particularly fluffy or airy, but it gives the buns an incredibly delicious flavor! Soft, hearty potato dough with cottage cheese combined with a fragrant filling—what else do you need for a quick and tasty snack? Moreover, you can slightly experiment with the filling: add more or less spices, carrots, or cabbage. It's best to brush these buns with a yolk lightly beaten with vegetable oil.
