Quick Yeast Pancakes
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Making yeast pancakes is not much different from making regular thin pancakes with milk or water. The only difference is an extra 15 minutes needed to soak the yeast in warm milk. Otherwise, everything remains the same. But what a result! The pancakes turn out delicious, filling, and tender. What I like most about this batter is that the pancakes always come out perfectly—beautiful, golden, and evenly shaped, one after another. It's a real pleasure to cook them. Be sure to try my recipe. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Slightly warm the milk, then dissolve the yeast in it.
- 3
Step 3

Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well to avoid lumps, and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Add vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar to the dough and beat everything with a mixer.
- 5
Step 5

Finally, add the remaining flour and beat thoroughly with a mixer at high speed. The batter should turn out fairly liquid but viscous in consistency.
- 6
Step 6

Bake the pancakes on a well-heated pan. I use a crepe maker for this, it makes baking pancakes very easy.
- 7
Step 7

The yeast pancakes are ready. As you can see, they are indeed very quick to prepare. Serve the pancakes with jam, honey, or condensed milk.
