First, mix the flour with sugar and powdered sugar, then add egg yolks, lemon zest, and soft butter. 2. Knead the dough and roll it into a small log. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil, and lightly dust with flour. 4. Slice the dough log into rounds, then slightly flatten each to about 0.5 cm thick. 5. Place the cookies onto the baking sheet, prick them with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
