Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Don't worry if you have little marinade—the tomatoes will release more juice. I shook the jar and turned it over for 12 hours so the tomatoes would marinate evenly. Treat your family to tasty, simple dishes.

1. First, prepare the ingredients before cooking. Rinse all vegetables under running water.

2. In a food processor, finely chop the bell pepper and chili, dill, parsley, and garlic.

3. Place the resulting purée in another convenient container. Pour in the vinegar and oil, add the sugar and salt, then mix.

4. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in the jar in a single layer. Top with the chopped vegetables and herbs. Alternate tomatoes and puree until the jar is filled.

5. Close the jar with a lid. Turn the jar over. Marinate the tomatoes for 12 hours in a cool place.
