
Quick lavash pizza in a skillet with egg
Description
The lavash-and-egg base turns out very tasty and tender; for pizza it’s a perfect “lazy” option. You can use any filling you like—whatever you prefer. You can use any kinds of meat, ham, sausages, cheeses, and vegetables. Be sure to try making pizza this way—I’m sure many people will like it. You can serve the pizza with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Crack several eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper to taste. If you like, add a little dried garlic.

Beat the eggs and milk with a fork.
