Quick Pizza
Description
The baking is simple and quick. If you like, add pitted olives or black olives, different cheeses, sausages, or boiled or smoked meat to the pizza. For easier rolling, let the base dough rest for 15 minutes—gluten develops during that time. The pizza base comes out crisp and golden, not soft. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Rinse the tomatoes and cut out the green cores. If you are using onion, peel and rinse it as well.
- 2
Step 2

Pour premium wheat flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the center. Add the salt to the well and pour in hot water and vegetable oil. If you like, you can add various spices and seasonings to the dough. Start mixing the dough with a fork, then with your hands once it has cooled slightly.

Step 3

Cover the container with plastic wrap or a towel and let stand for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the sausages into rounds, the tomatoes into slices, and grate the hard cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Lightly flour the work surface and roll the dough into a round sheet. Grease the baking sheet with oil or use a silicone mat. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and spread it with ketchup. Fold up the edges and press lightly.
- 5
Step 5

Place the tomato slices and sliced sausages. You can add black olives, green olives, or chopped onion. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 6
Step 6

Sprinkle grated cheese over the entire surface. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pizza for about 15 minutes. The wider and thicker the pizza, the more time it will take to bake.

Step 7

Place the finished pizza on a plate or board and let it cool slightly, then cut it into portions with a sharp knife. If desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
