Sandwiches with egg and sausage
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I recently found this interesting recipe for sandwiches with eggs and sausage, and I absolutely loved it—not only for its attractive and appealing appearance, but also for its delicious taste. I really enjoy scrambled eggs, as well as sandwiches, of course, and here I get both at once—this is truly my dream breakfast. Now I prepare these egg and sausage sandwiches at home quite often, and they are a big hit with my entire family—even the kids eat them with great pleasure. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place four slices of baguette on it, each lightly coated with a small amount of mayonnaise.
- 2
Step 2

Next, place a slice of any sausage on each baguette slice; if your sausage is wide like mine, you can use half a slice.

Step 3

Place a slice of cheese and a tomato slice on the sausage; in fact, you can use any ingredients here, for example, a pickled cucumber. Now, carefully remove the soft center from the remaining eight slices of bread and place them on top of the whole slices—two bread slices (with the center removed) on each whole slice.

Step 4

Thus, we end up with something like a well with a depression, and into it we crack one egg per sandwich; the egg should be salted and sprinkled with spices.

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees and bake the sandwiches until the egg sets. As soon as the egg has solidified, remove the sandwiches and serve them. Enjoy your meal!
