Sandwiches with egg and garlic
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Any bread works for sandwiches—sandwich bread, white loaf, rye, Borodinsky, and so on. Ready-made sandwiches taste best with Borodinsky bread, but choose according to your own taste and preference. You can toast the bread in a dry skillet, add a little butter while toasting, or dry it out in the oven.
