Sandwiches with boiled sausage

Description

Perfect for the table and with drinks. Fried boiled sausage, in my opinion, is even tastier. It pairs wonderfully with cream cheese. You can use mayonnaise instead of cream cheese—it’s very tasty too. Make two or three layers. Men especially love such simple but delicious sandwiches. Make them for someone you love. Boiled sausage sandwiches are a great option for a quick snack before lunch and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Serve warm or chilled.

   First, pan-fry the boiled sausage on both sides. To keep it from puffing up, make a small slit.
