Sandwiches with Cream Cheese and Salmon

They can be served not only on weekdays but also at a festive table or buffet, and you can take them along on a picnic or outdoor outing. They can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can salt the salmon at home or buy it already prepared from the store.

Cut the bread or loaf slices diagonally and spread with cream cheese. You can replace the bread with a baguette.

Place a slice of lightly salted salmon on each sandwich. If it contains any small bones, remove them.

Wash the fresh cucumber in water and trim off the ends. Slice it into ribbons using a vegetable peeler and roll the ribbons into rosettes. Place them on the other side of the sandwich. If you don't have a vegetable peeler on hand, simply slice the vegetable into rounds.
