Tuna and Egg Sandwiches

Prepare the listed ingredients. Any type of bread can be used, and the sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise of any fat content, or you can prepare the dish without it.

Cut the bread slices diagonally or vertically. Spread them with sour cream or mayonnaise of any fat content. If you like those flavors, you can even use garlic sauce.

Place the tuna fillets on the sandwiches, trying to drain off the oil in which they were canned.

Peel the hard-boiled chicken eggs, rinse them in water, slice into rounds, and place on the tuna flakes.
