Sandwiches with sausages and sauerkraut

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Preheat the grill to high heat. Rinse the sauerkraut. Slice the bread, brush each slice with olive oil. Grill the sausages, turning once, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Grill the bread slices, turning once, for about 3 minutes. Transfer the sausages and bread to a cutting board. Cut the sausages in half crosswise. Lightly spread mustard on the bread slices, top with sauerkraut and sausages. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. Serve immediately
