Sandwiches with herring
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For these sandwiches you can use ready-made lightly salted herring fillet, but of course the appetizer tastes better when made from a whole fish that you fillet yourself. That's probably the longest part of the prep, but it's definitely worth it. And if you prepare the fillet ahead of time, you can make herring sandwiches in literally minutes. This hearty, tasty appetizer will save the day in any situation. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
