
Sandwiches with Red Fish and Kiwi
Description

Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use lightly salted salmon, as well as salmon, chum salmon, etc.

Cut the rye or black bread in half horizontally or vertically, or on the diagonal — whichever you prefer. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, rinsing them in water first. On top of them, place slices of bread.
