
Sandwiches on Skewers
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Such sandwiches are very easy to make. This is one preparation option; you can use meat components: sausage, ham, fried, boiled, or baked meat. Make the sandwiches for a celebration, as a picnic snack, or for a snack at work. Serve them a few hours after preparation. Serve with herbs and sauce.

1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into thick round slices and boil until done (do not overcook), then carefully remove from the water.

2. Slice the bread and fry in a pan until a crispy crust forms.

3. Return the skillet to the heat, add the boiled potatoes, and fry each piece on both sides.

4. Peel and mince the garlic, add it to the pan, and sauté for one minute.

5. Wash and clean the vegetables in advance. Cut the cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onion into thin matchsticks, then add them to the pan with the garlic.

6. Season everything with salt and pepper, mix, and fry until done.

7. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread, wash the lettuce, and slice the tomatoes into rounds.

8. Place a lettuce leaf on one slice of bread, then arrange tomato slices and potato.

9. On the other slice of bread, place salad leaves, and on top of them — vegetables fried in a pan.
