Ham Sandwiches

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the bread diagonally into triangles.

Spread cream cheese on the bread base.

Cut small triangles from the radish — these will be the "nose." Place them on the tip of the bread triangle.

From the cheese, cut out a triangle—a "little face." From small olive pieces, cut out "eyes." Cut the ham to match the shape of the bread's free edge. From the edge of the ham, cut out "little tails." From rounded radish pieces, cut out "ears."

Place the "Mice" on a plate, add the sliced vegetables.
