Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. We'll make the traffic light from whatever ingredients you have on hand—the main thing is that we need three colors: red, yellow, and green. I used cucumber, tomato, and sweet bell pepper. You can serve the sandwiches on a beautiful board or on a plate, along with a cup of fragrant tea.

    Cut three round pieces from the tomato, cucumber, and pepper for the traffic light. Toast the bread if desired.
