Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients according to the list.

Step 2

You can use any bread; today I'm using toast bread, which I cut in half. Heat a skillet, grease with butter, and fry the bread slices on both sides until golden brown.

Step 3

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips using a special utensil.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
- 5
Step 5

Add cheese grated on a fine grater. You can substitute hard cheese with processed cheese.
- 6
Step 6

Add the chopped dill and crushed garlic.
- 7
Step 7

Dress the filling with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. If desired, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
- 8
Step 8

Spread the bread slices with the prepared filling.
- 9
Step 9

Roll the cucumbers into spirals and place them on top. Next to each, add 1–2 sprats. Sandwiches with sprats and salted cucumbers are ready.

Before serving, sprinkle the appetizer with chopped green onions.
