Sandwich with Sausage

Description

If you wrap these sandwiches in foil, you can take them with you on a picnic or to work as a snack. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use processed cheese here. It can be cheese with additives, for example, with herbs. It will be tasty. You can serve them warm or chilled.

   Dry the bread slices in a dry skillet or in a toaster. Spread mayonnaise on the bread, and arrange lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion half-rings, and liver sausage separately.

   Now we assemble the sandwiches. My first one turned out with onion and sausage. I’d say it’s a simple man’s version.

   The second sandwich turned out more tender and juicier, with lettuce and tomato. I cut each sandwich into 2 pieces to make it easier to eat.
