
Pan-Fried Burrito
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. I use fresh parsley when cooking, but you can use any fresh herbs you like. Any hard cheese that melts well when heated will work. Serve with herbs and sauce.

For speed and convenience, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, place them in a saucepan with water, and boil until cooked through.

Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings. Peel the garlic as well and cut it into thin slices.

Cut fresh tomatoes into small cubes.

Add finely chopped fresh parsley and salt to them. Mix. After 3 minutes, remove the pan from the heat.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat the tortilla in a dry skillet until it becomes softer and doesn't break when folding. Place 1/4 of the entire filling in the center and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Fold the tortillas, tucking in the edges, and place them on a dry skillet. Heat the burritos over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
