
Burgundy Apple Bake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Choose firm apples. Slice them into thin wedges or small pieces. Serve the finished casserole with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1
Wash and peel the apples. Remove the cores, seeds, and cut into small pieces. Then simmer the apples with butter (70 grams) over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Sift the flour into a bowl, then add the powdered sugar, eggs, and salt to taste. Keep stirring constantly with a whisk (you can also use a mixer or food processor). Gradually pour in the milk, making sure no lumps form.

Add the prepared apples to the mixture and mix.

Grease the baking dish with oil. Pour the mixture into the dish and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
