Beef and Cheese Burgers
Description
A tasty snack for any gathering. Beef and cheese burgers work well for a lively get-together or a quiet family dinner. If you can, bake your own buns; if not, store-bought ones are fine too. Beyond the main ingredients—beef and cheese patties—you can boost these burgers with any toppings that go well together. I added a little onion, a leaf of fresh lettuce, a juicy tomato, and a pickled gherkin for a bit of zip. The result was very tasty and filling. The snack is ready. Serve right away.
