
Burgers on an Electric Grill
Description

Prepare the specified ingredients. Buy ground beef at the store or make it yourself from quality beef and a piece of pork fatback.

Season the ground meat with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, and shape into round patties for cutlets.

Pre heat the electric grill and brush its plates with vegetable oil. Place the patties and buns, cut in half, on them.

Fry for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown on the underside. Then remove the buns from the plates and cook the patties for 1 more minute, turning off the appliance. The plates will stay hot and the patties will finish cooking.

Brush the bottom of each bun with ketchup or any other sauce of your choice.

Wash the lettuce leaves and place them on the sauce. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rings, removing the cores. Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into rounds. Place the tomato and onion slices on the burger.

Add a hot ground beef patty.

Cover it with cream cheese and arrange pickled cucumbers on top.
