Barbecue pork burgers
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Make burgers better than McDonald's! Sauté cabbage and mushrooms separately. Form large patties from the ground meat and grill them. Fry the eggs sunny-side up. Cut the buns in half crosswise. On the bottom half, place some cabbage, then the pork patty, drizzle with fish sauce. Add a bit of mushrooms and the fried egg on top of the patty, then cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately while hot.
