Burger
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For making the patties, it's best to use chicken mince, as they will cook much faster than pork or beef ones. If desired, you can add marinated onions and cucumbers, slices of fresh tomato, lettuce, and whatever you like in burger fillings.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Transfer the ground chicken fillet into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and poultry seasoning as well.
- 3
Step 3

Beat the chicken egg, add finely chopped onion.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the ground meat until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes so all the flavors blend together.
- 5
Step 5

Using wet hands, shape the cutlets the same diameter as the buns, and fry them over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the patties.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the buns into two equal halves and lightly spread your favorite ketchup on the bottom half. If desired, you can lightly toast the buns on the inside.
- 7
Step 7

Place a chicken patty on the bun, and on top of it—a thin slice of cucumber shaped like a tongue.
- 8
Step 8

On one side of the toast cheese, cut out the monster’s “teeth.” Thread the paprika-stuffed olives onto toothpicks.
- 9
Step 9

Place a slice of processed cheese on top of the cutlet, drizzle it with ketchup, as shown in the photo.
- 10
Step 10

Cover the burger with the second half of the bun, stick in olive “eyes,” and cut “ears” from the leftover cucumber.
- 11
Step 11

Arrange the finished burgers on individual serving plates and serve.
- 12
Step 12

Unusual, funny, and very delicious "Toothy Monsters" burgers are ready. Happy Halloween!
