Pork Burger
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. A burger made with this recipe will be no worse than one from fast food, and even better, since you can be 100% sure of the freshness of the ingredients. As a filling, besides the patty, you can add any vegetables, including pickled ones, which makes this dish suitable to prepare regardless of the season. And for those who do not eat meat, you can use a piece of Cheddar cheese fried in breadcrumbs instead of the patty. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions

Step 1

1. We will make the cutlets from homemade minced meat. To do this, grind the pork (boneless) and one onion through a meat grinder. Add salt and sugar to taste, and mix.

Step 2

2. On parchment paper, form the patties (it is easier to shape them this way), then cook them on a rack or a grill pan. Adjust the level of doneness to your preference. Peel one onion and cut it into wedges, then roast it as well on a rack or in a grill pan.

Step 3

3. Cut the burger buns into 2 halves and toast them. Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers, and the remaining onion, then slice them into thin rings. For the sauce, mix finely chopped roasted onion, honey, ketchup, mustard, and chili sauce.

Step 4

4. Spread the toasted buns with butter, layer on washed lettuce leaves, tomato, and cucumber. Add the sauce, place the pork cutlet and onion rings on top, and cover with the second half of the bun. Gently press the burger. You can secure it with a wooden skewer by piercing it through.
