Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the specified ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the bacon into small cubes and mix with the ground beef, salt, and ground black pepper.
- 3
Step 3

Form a patty from the ground meat, rounding it and firmly slapping it against your palm to release air bubbles. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and place the patty on it. Fry for about 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
- 4
Step 4

Then flip to the other side and cover the pan with a lid. Continue frying for another 4–5 minutes until the cutlet is golden brown. Alternatively, fry without a lid for 2–3 minutes and place in the oven for 5–7 minutes, preheating it to 200 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

Cut the bun in half and place it in a skillet. Fry for just about a minute, then turn off the heat.
- 6
Step 6

Spread the sauce on the bottom half of the bun and spread it evenly.
- 7
Step 7

Wash the tomatoes and onion, remove the cores from the tomatoes, and slice everything into rounds. Arrange the washed lettuce leaves, tomato rounds, and onion rounds on the sauce.
- 8
Step 8

On them — a hot cutlet. It’s very important that it be hot.
- 9
Step 9

Place processed cheese on the patty, and on top of it — pickled cucumbers. The cheese will melt on its own on the hot patty, so you won't need to heat the burger in the microwave.
- 10
Step 10

Top the burger with the second half of the bun and secure it with a toothpick.
