Description

It works for both holidays and everyday meals. You can even assemble a juicy, delicious burger at a picnic if you prepare all the ingredients for it in advance. If you like, you can fry the patties both on a grill and on a grate. The main thing is not to burn the buns, as there will be strong heat. It can be served warm or chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the specified ingredients. The ground meat can be beef or pork-and-beef — to your taste.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Thoroughly knead the minced meat, removing air bubbles. Season it with salt and pepper, grate yellow onion into it on a fine grater, and mix again. You can mix a chicken egg white into the mince so it does not fall apart when frying.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Pour beer of any kind into the bowl with the ground meat and mix everything again.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Shape the ground meat into a round patty and gently flatten it. You can use a metal ring to help shape it. Place the patty in the skillet and sear for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Then flip to the other side, reduce the heat, and fry for another 5–6 minutes with the pan covered so the patty steams through on the inside.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Place it on a plate. Cut the bun in half horizontally and place it in the skillet so it absorbs the fragrant oil. Fry for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Spread the bottom of the bun with ketchup or another sauce to your taste. Place the washed lettuce leaves. Wash the tomatoes and peeled red onion, remove the cores from the tomatoes. Slice everything into rounds. Place the sliced tomatoes on the lettuce.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Then — onion rings and a hot beef patty.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Unwrap the processed cheese slice and cover the patty with it; it will melt from the patty’s heat. Add burger pickles.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Cover with the second half of the bun, secure with a toothpick, and serve the burger hot.
