Burger
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. You can prepare the chicken fillet for the burger any way you like — grill it, pan-fry it on the stovetop, or cook it in the oven or air fryer. Choose the chicken spices to your taste as well; I used “curry” this time. Here’s how: serve with greens and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the chicken fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small thin slices. Drizzle with 1–2 tbsp. olive oil, season with salt to taste, and add spices. Mix and set aside to marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the bacon into pieces about 2 cm wide. Fry in a dry skillet until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet.
- 4
Step 4

Then place the chicken fillets on the same skillet and fry until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
- 5
Step 5

Prepare the sauce. Blend the egg yolk with lemon juice. While continuing to blend, pour in the remaining olive oil.
- 6
Step 6

Add finely grated Parmesan and pieces of anchovy fillets to the bowl with the sauce. Whisk again.
- 7
Step 7

In a skillet, melt the butter and fry the halved buns cut side down.
- 8
Step 8

Divide the sauce in half. Dress part of the salad leaves with one half, and spread the other half on the bottom parts of the toasted buns.
- 9
Step 9

Now you can assemble the burger. On the bun spread with sauce, place clean lettuce leaves for garnish.
- 10
Step 10

Then tomato slices.
- 11
Step 11

Place the chicken fillet on the tomatoes.
- 12
Step 12

On the fillet — lettuce leaves in sauce.
- 13
Step 13

The final layer is bacon chips. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- 14
Step 14

Caesar burger is ready.
