
Pork buns
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Tasty buns with pork can be served instead of bread. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Finely chop the previously prepared pork to yield 2 cups. Sprinkle the pork with five-spice powder. Mix thoroughly.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Grease the skillet with oil. Add minced garlic and fresh ginger and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add pork, onion, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and salt. Mix well and stir-fry until the pork is heated through.

4. Knead the dough from the listed ingredients. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

5. Roll each portion into a circle 12-15 cm in diameter using a rolling pin. Place 1/4 cup of filling in the center of each circle.

6. Grabbing the ends, roll up the top. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough circles and filling.

7. Place 4 buns seam-side down, spaced 2.5 cm apart, in a bamboo steamer. Cover with a lid. Add water to a depth of 2.5 cm, bring to a boil over medium heat, and steam for 20–30 minutes.
