Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a deep plate or small bowl, mix the milk and yeast.
- 2
Step 2

In another bowl, mix the previously melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
- 3
Step 3

Carefully and gradually add the mixture of butter, eggs, and sugar to the yeast, stirring constantly. Beat everything thoroughly until smooth (a mixer works perfectly for this).
- 4
Step 4

Sift the flour: pour the flour into a sieve. Place the sieve over a deep plate. Use a fork or a whisk to move through the flour until the sifted flour falls onto the plate below. Discard the sieve with leftover flour or save it for later use.
- 5
Step 5

Add flour to our mixture with yeast and eggs. Mix once again. It's important to ensure no lumps form in the dough. The dough should have a consistency similar to plasticine. Let it "rest" in a warm place for 20–30 minutes. Cover the bowl with a towel or lid. After the dough has risen, stir it again. This is necessary to remove the air that has formed due to the yeast.
- 6
Step 6

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin: just don't overdo it, it shouldn't be too thin.
- 7
Step 7

Using a cutter or a glass, cut out circles from the dough. Place a teaspoon of condensed milk in the center of each. Shape the dough with the filling into ovals, slightly flattening the sides.
- 8
Step 8

Place the buns on a baking sheet previously greased with vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees. Bake the buns for about 25-30 minutes. Serve the hot buns with condensed milk alongside tea.
